Katherine Moyé

Relationship Manager

With nearly two decades of experience in education, Katherine is a seasoned leader who brings a deep passion for people and community to her role as Relationship Manager with E!C. Formerly a dean at an independent school in Cleveland, she has led from coast to coast before making Cleveland her forever home. Katherine is excited to connect with Employer Members and Leadership Council Members, sharing E!C’s mission and vision with enthusiasm. A proud Syracuse University alumna, she holds a B.A. in African American Studies and a Master’s in Childhood Education. Outside of work, Katherine enjoys exploring Cleveland Heights with her husband and their dog Frankie, attending local arts performances, and soaking in all that downtown Cleveland has to offer.

Patrick Kellett

Development Manager 

Patrick graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Advertising Copywriting and minors in Graphic Design and Marketing. He began his career at American Greetings and later held roles in sales, product development, and e-commerce, where he discovered how to apply creativity to business strategy. His work on the innovation team led to key partnerships with major gift card brands, which he expanded on at Topps Digital Services by managing programs for companies like Airbnb, DoorDash, eBay, and Instacart. Most recently, he led the sales division for Up With Paper, a Cincinnati-based pop-up greeting card company. Patrick is now excited to bring his diverse experience to Engage! Cleveland and make an impact in the nonprofit sector.

Lisa Fuentes

Accountant

Lisa is a part-time accountant with Engage! Cleveland where she oversees our finances. She handles day-to-day functions, as well as reporting and working with our auditors. Lisa has over 25 years of experience and is a sole proprietor working with many non-profit clients. Not only is she a small business owner, but she is also a native Clevelander and a graduate of the Cleveland Public Schools system.

Belle Mercurio

Marketing & Communications Manager

As the Marketing & Communications Manager she is excited to bring her love for this city to her work everyday through creating marketing and social media content for EC! She will be responsible for creating Engage! Cleveland’s email newsletters, managing our social media channels, maintaining our website, amongst other marketing duties.

Ashley Basile Oeken

President

Ashley is a dynamic leader with over ten years of experience in the nonprofit field. As the organization’s Founding Executive Director and now President, Ashley oversees all aspects of the organization while driving strategic initiatives to increase the impact Engage! Cleveland can have on the community and young professionals. She consults with employers and nonprofits to attract, engage and retain the best and brightest talent.

Ashley remains active in Cleveland’s civic community serving on a variety of committees and boards, and has received many honors and recognition for her work throughout Greater Cleveland.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Youngstown State University. Additionally, she is a graduate of the LEADdiversity Class of 2015, PRADCO’s Women in Leadership Class of 2013, Cleveland Bridge Builders Class of 2012, and the Spring 2009 Civic Leadership Institute.
