Our History

Staffing Solutions Enterprises (SSE) has been rooted in Northeast Ohio since 1974, when it was founded by Carmella Calta with a vision to connect talented people with meaningful opportunities. Today, SSE is proudly women-owned and led by President and CEO SueAnn Naso. Over the past five decades, we have grown into a trusted partner for both job seekers and employers, expanding our reach into Pittsburgh with our acquisition of BV Staffing, while continuing to uphold the same commitment to service and excellence that shaped our beginning.
