Engage! Cleveland Hosts Multiple Generations At Upcoming Professional Development Conference
CLEVELAND, OH — FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — March 18, 2025 — Engage! Cleveland’s eighth annual Next Generation of Women event presented by Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University will feature over ten of Greater Cleveland’s most noteworthy female leaders on March 18, 2025, at Tinkham Veale University Center. The organization is pleased to curate an experience that spans multiple generations. C-Suite level executives join the panel discussions, while early and mid-career professionals engage in the audience. The event also welcomes the emerging Generation Alpha, as troop members from Girl Scouts of Northeast Ohio join in the afternoon.
The presence of multiple generations in the workplace fosters a rich exchange of ideas, perspectives, and experiences, which is especially valuable for women in navigating diverse career challenges. By supporting intergenerational collaboration, the event empowers women to learn from one another, build stronger networks, and create a more inclusive, dynamic work environment.
