Engage! Cleveland’s 7th Annual Professional Development Conference established emerging talent in Greater Cleveland.
CLEVELAND, OH — FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — January 15, 2024 — Engage! Cleveland, a community engagement organization focused on attracting, engaging, and retaining talent to the Greater Cleveland region, has announced the 17 individuals selected for the seventh cohort of its Women’s Mentorship Program and the fifth cohort of its Co-ed Mentorship Program. After receiving feedback from the program’s previous mentees, the emerging professional community, and Engage! Cleveland’s Leadership Council, Engage! Cleveland expanded the program to run for an additional two months to create an even more comprehensive and value-packed 8-month experience, beginning in 2024. The program will commence in mid-January 2025, matching 17 Greater Cleveland professionals with 5 successful community leaders.

Cleveland is excited to have selected such a remarkable group of talented mentees and mentors from the Greater Cleveland area for our Mentorship Programs,” said Ashley Basile Oeken, President of Engage! Cleveland. “We are eager to support their growth and development, both personally and professionally, as they continue to make an impact in our community.”
A total of 25 Greater Cleveland young professionals applied for the program. The following 17 individuals have been selected:
