Engage! Cleveland Welcomes Three New Board Members
Engage! Cleveland has welcomed three new individuals to our Board of Directors! The Engage! Cleveland Board of Directors is led by Board Chair SueAnn Naso, Vice Chairs Drew Kraemer and David Toth, Treasurer Joe DiFranco, and Secretary Stephanie Nunley, and comprised of private and public sector leaders in Greater Cleveland dedicated to advancing the emerging professional community.
We asked the newest members why they decided to join the EC board – and here’s what they had to say!
Logan Weiland

“ I had the privilege of serving on the Leadership Council and being one of the Leaders on the inaugural fundraising committee. Through this experience it was evident how passionate and dedicated Ashley, and her team were to making Cleveland a top destination for the next generation. I am excited to serve on an organization that has a mission of attracting, engaging, and retaining emerging, diverse talent to Greater Cleveland. I am born and raised in NEO and looking forward to contributing to Engage’s continued success for years to come! ”
Logan is an experienced financial executive with over a decade of experience in public accounting and a proven track record in the manufacturing industry. With a solid foundation built during a 10-year tenure at EY, Logan specialized in serving manufacturing companies, providing financial reporting, compliance, and technical accounting guidance. Currently Logan is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Oatey. He is responsible for all accounting and finance; FP&A; treasury; risk management; and mergers and acquisition activities.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Logan is an active member of the community, serving on the board of the Historical Warehouse District Development Corporation as chairman of the Finance committee and Treasurer. Logan is also a member of the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission’s Board of Directors.

I look forward to contributing what I can to chart the next chapter of the organization’s journey, leverage partnerships to achieve greater impact, and work alongside others similarly committed to attracting and retaining talent in Cleveland.”
Marianne Crosley retired in August, 2024 after serving 14 years as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Cleveland Leadership Center. Previously, she served as the founding Executive Director of Summer on the Cuyahoga, an economic development initiative that attracts young talent to the region. She is passionate about building a pipeline of leaders to forge a successful future for Cleveland.
Crosley graduated from Colgate University and received her J. D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. She worked as a prosecutor in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York and rose to be a supervisor in the Homicide Bureau. She currently serves in a leadership role on several boards, including as Chair of South Pointe Hospital and on the Executive Committees for Cleveland Play House and St. Edward High School. She and her husband, Tim Clements, have four grown children and live in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

As a native of Northeast Ohio and someone who cares deeply about the region, the city, and its professionals, I’m excited to help this great organization continue its work in making our great city a destination for top talent. I was once a young professional living and working downtown and I’m excited to help the current crop of professionals develop as well as help bring in elite talent from other regions. ”
Adam serves as Principal and Director of Not-for-Profit Services at Rea Business Advisors. With over 15 years of experience (2+ at Rea and 13 at another regional CPA firm), he specializes in assurance, financial reporting, and Single Audits. A magna cum laude graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with a Master’s from Case Western Reserve University, Adam is actively involved in multiple professional organizations and serves on multiple boards. Adam lives in Bay Village with his wife and two daughters and works primarily out of Rea’s Avon office. A native of Northeast Ohio, when not working, Adam enjoys golf and tennis, Guardians games with his family, and his daughters’ sports and other activities.
