Some of your responsibilities:
- Maintain assigned employee’s payroll records according to policy
- Timely and accurate processing of weekly assigned employee payroll
- Compile and enter the weekly general ledger entry for payroll
- Audit and balance reports between employer costs, invoices generated, and weekly margin
- Daily cash posting (deposits of checks, processing ACH/Credit cards)
- Handles collections on past-due accounts
- Vendor management for merchant billing
- Management of new enrollments and termination of benefits in the system
- Preparation of Holiday and Vacation eligibility for assigned employees
What we’ll love about you!
- At least one year of experience processing payroll
- Experience in QuickBooks or similar software program
- Must be tech-savvy
- A team player mentality!
- Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- You have integrity and strive to do exceptional work
