About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to begin part-time and move into a full-time partner role with a stake in the business. We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded professional with excellent communication skills, solid customer service experience, a background in wellness, and a genuine commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Responsibilities for office/home hybrid position:
· Develop and own the end-to-end customer experience across the customer journey (onboarding, support, success, retention).
· Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless, frictionless customer interactions.
· Assist in building our Simply Strong community: encouraging, supportive, and collaborative.
· Use customer feedback data and surveys for decisions and continuous improvement.
· Serve as the internal “voice of the customer” in leadership discussions and planning.
· Identify customer pain points and champion initiatives to enhance service delivery.
· Assist with social media and promotion in growing Simply Strong’s virtual community.
· Increase visibility within the business community at chamber and professional events.
