We’re hiring! True Digital Communications is looking for a full-time Digital Advertising Specialist who will be
responsible for setting up, optimizing, and regularly reporting on digital advertising campaigns for True’s
clients. This position is primarily focused on Google Ads, paid social media, programmatic advertising, and
media buying, but also includes aspects of search engine optimization, data analysis, and reporting.
Digital Advertising Specialists are key contributors toward the development and implementation of client
strategy, tailored to our clients’ specific goals and objectives. They establish Objectives and Key Results (OKR)
and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure we are hitting campaign goals. They continuously monitor the
effectiveness of these programs to ensure we are driving value and ROI. They have a knack for analytics, are

Key Responsibilities:
Setup, ongoing optimization, and management of Digital Advertising campaigns for multiple clients across multiple platforms, including management of paid ad budgets
Plan, coordinate, and execute trade media buys, both traditional and digital, that align with client target audiences to drive awareness and credibility
Dashboard creation, analysis of campaign data and monthly reporting on KPIs, recommendations and strategy monthly
Plan, implement, and monitor best-practices for SEO strategies by utilizing insights gathered from keyword research, on-page analysis, and technical audits
Engage in client meetings and strategy sessions, providing consultative feedback based on subjectmatter expertise
Actively collaborate with True’s Creative Content and Account Service teams to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives
Support True’s internal marketing initiatives through development of thought-leadership content, case studies and management of digital advertising programs
Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes
Serve as a subject matter expert, staying on top of the latest trends in digital advertising and analytics
Acquire and maintain technical certifications related to area of expertise

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications (or a related field)
Qualified candidates will generally have 4-6 years of hands-on digital advertising experience
Demonstrated proficiency with PPC, social, and programmatic advertising and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, StackAdapt, etc.
Experience in planning, executing, and managing multi-publication media buys
Proficient in conducting SEO research through tools like SEMRush, Moz, or SpyFu
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and/or other comparable data analytics and visualization tools
Experience in implementing event-based conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager or similar platforms
Familiar with setting up marketing automations using tools like Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce, MailChimp, etc.
Working knowledge of Generative AI and tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products, expressly Excel and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
Familiarity with retail media networks like Amazon, Home Depot, or Walmart and self-serve audio ad platforms such as Pandora Ads, Spotify Ad Studio, or AudioGo is a plus
Salary for position: $62 – $75k
