ERP Specialist – Mars Electric

Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for optimizing systems and processes? Join Mars Electric as an ERP Specialist, where you will be at the forefront of customizing and enhancing our ERP system to drive efficiency and innovation across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
ERP Customization & Configuration: Tailor and configure the ERP system to address specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing technologies.
Infrastructure Analysis: Evaluate and resolve process or integration challenges, leveraging best practices and industry trends to maximize system capabilities.
Business Liaison: Act as the bridge between Eclipse and third-party vendors, spearheading continuous improvement projects.
Program Design & Implementation: Develop customized programs and scripts, and coordinate with Eclipse or third parties for effective ERP application configuration.
Performance Optimization: Conduct diagnostic tests, address issues, and enhance user functionalities to optimize system performance.
User Authorization Management: Oversee user access to secure and configure software, ensuring data integrity and security.
Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to management and document new processes, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or at least 3 years of ERP experience.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in ERP implementation, support, and administration. Wholesale distribution experience is preferred, but not required.
Flexibility: Ability to travel between locations and work outside regular hours as needed.
