Full-Time Tractor Mechanic – T & S Power Equipment

Duties
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on tractors and zero turns using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct repairs on transmissions, hydraulics, suspension systems, and electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including parts used, repairs performed, and diagnostics results for compliance and future reference.
- Support customer service efforts by providing clear communication regarding repair status and maintenance needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a mechanic on outdoor power equipment repair background preferred.
- Strong knowledge of small engine diagnostics, electrical systems, hydraulics, transmissions, brakes, and engine repair.
- Familiarity with schematics for troubleshooting complex machinery issues.
- Mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable performing heavy lifting tasks and working in outdoor or variable weather conditions.
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
