Health & Wellness Analyst – The Fedeli Group

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Health and Wellness Analyst will be responsible for the development, planning, implementation, delivery and evaluation of the wellness program for next generation wellness for the Clients of The Fedeli Group. The Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible level of engagement, outcomes and customer satisfaction in the delivery of programs and services to the Clients’ goals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Leading the development and implementation of next generation wellness services for clients of The Fedeli Group, the Health and Wellness Analyst will:

  • Collaborate with clients on wellbeing program design, events or projects through multiple stages to successful completion.
  • Work collaboratively with the Account Management team, to develop programming that aligns with the Clients’ strategy, objectives and budget.
  • Evaluate and measure program results through clinical, financial and employee satisfaction /engagement data.
  • Evaluate and develop programs based on employee health risk/employee needs as well as the program’s successes.
    • Gather and analyze data to measure success on wellness programs and initiatives.
    • Create well-defined metrics to measure the success of the programs.
  • Analyze data collected from health risk assessments, biometric screenings, EAP, employee demographics, claims data warehouse, etc.
  • Serves as an on-site coach for all of the wellbeing benefits available to employees with a focus on nutrition, stress management, EAP, etc.
  • Develop and maintain excellent wellness resources and vendor relationships.
  • Participate in sales presentations with lead producers, offering professional insight in the areas of Wellbeing and health care delivery.
  • Manages TFG internal wellness program and reinforces a culture of wellbeing across the company.
  • Provide coaching and consultation in health and wellness at both an individual and group level.
  • Assist in the development of clinical modeling / reporting using The Fedeli Group claims analytics engine.

  • Detailed knowledge of wellness regulations under the Affordable Care Act

  • High level of empathy: the capacity to recognize, understand, and relate to the perspectives of clients and associates

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cell phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

Full Time Position – 40-hour work week

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working with claims analytics software engines.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Preferred educational background includes a mix of clinical and analytical coursework.
