The Bureau of Internal Audit is seeking interns interested in learning more about the City of Cleveland and its various departments and divisions. Interns are considered part time employees of the City and would not be eligible for benefits or holiday pay.
The City of Cleveland’s Bureau of Internal Audit is seeking students currently enrolled in accounting/finance or related business fields to work as interns from approximately May to August 2025. As an Intern, you’ll have individual and team assignments. Assignments could include petty cash, inventory, and payroll reviews. You will learn about audit planning and creating work papers within audit management software. Some of attributes important to have or develop include:
