Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced, client-centered Client Accounting Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll act as a fractional Controller or CFO for our clients, providing high-level guidance and hands-on support. Your role will include managing client accounts, overseeing service teams, and delivering precise, end-to-end accounting solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an advisory capacity, guiding clients across multiple engagements and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial statements to clients.
• Provide insightful consulting on business management, cash flow management, and other financial matters.
• Communicate proactively with clients, ensuring responsiveness and clarity.
• Mentor and train junior staff to support their growth and development.
• Onboard new clients by developing tailored accounting systems that fit their needs and our environment.
• Maintain a strong understanding of business tax principles (business tax background preferred).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven expertise in accounting and financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of business operations and financial management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Jetpack.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
