DY USA has recently experienced tremendous growth in its client base and is looking to hire Staff Accountants and Senior Accountants to join our entrepreneurial, team-oriented culture.
Essential responsibilities:
· Prepare business tax returns and workpapers
· Ability to effectively develop trusted and transparent relationships and communicate with colleagues across time zones.
· Contribute to multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously while working independently as well as within a group environment and possess a team-focused and big picture mentality.
· Professional presence, client service skills.
· Results-driven, self-motivated work ethic

Qualifications include:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
· CPA or CPA candidate with at a minimum of 2 years experience in public accounting with an emphasis on tax or private industry accounting experience.
· International experience is a plus, but is not required. Your genuine interest in engaging with UK-based clients new to the US tax system and business startup issues is more important to us.
· High energy, organized, results-driven, and self-motivated personality.
· Strong use of technology including Excel, Office, Zoom and tax preparation software. Experience with CCH Axcess is preferred but not required.
