Talent Acquisition Specialist -Mars Electric

Location: Mayfield Village, OH

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting efforts and help attract top talent across the organization. This role combines recruiting execution, business partnership, sourcing strategy, and talent pipeline development to support company growth.

What You’ll Do:

Recruiting & Hiring –

· Lead full-cycle recruiting for positions across the organization.

· Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and build recruiting plans.

· Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels.

· Screen, interview, coordinate, and guide candidates through the hiring process.

· Develop strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Compensation & Performance Engagement –

· Support compensation planning, benchmarking, and pay recommendations.

· Monitor performance and engagement using Quantum and help drive a positive culture.

· Help champion a positive workplace culture through engagement and recognition initiatives.

Business Partnership –

· Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.

· Facilitate intake meetings and provide labor market insights.

· Coach managers on interview practices and selection decisions.

· Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

Talent Programs & Growth Initiatives –

· Bring fresh ideas to onboarding and training programs.

· Support employer branding and recruiting marketing initiatives.

· Build and manage employee referral and early talent programs.

· Coordinate internships, recruiting events, and community partnerships.

· Support workforce planning and future hiring needs.

Process & Analytics –

· Manage recruiting workflows and candidate experience through HR systems.

· Track recruiting metrics and providing insights and recommendations.

· Develop dashboards and report around hiring effectiveness.

· Continuously improving recruiting processes and tools.

· Build SOPs, automate processes, and create AI-powered tools to improve HR operations.

What You Bring:

· Bachelor’s degree required in human resources, business administration, communications or similar.

· 3–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

· Full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.

· Experience using ATS/HRIS systems.

· Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
