How would you describe your culture?
The spirit of our company is directly connected to the spirit of a man who has been at the helm of the firm for 32 years, Rob Falls. He lives every day with great joy and energy and goes above and beyond to ensure this is more than a job, but the experience of a lifetime. Rob has said, “it is important to celebrate the journey because life is short.” This means a continuous celebration of our firm’s successes and the recognition of our individual achievements and milestones.

What types of positions do you typically hire young professionals for?
We have a variety of entry- to mid-level positions in areas of public relations, advertising, social media, digital, graphic design, and more.
What qualities do you look for in a candidate?
Diversity of thought and expertise is recognized and welcomed here. In fact, we want you to bring your personal brand. It’s your uniqueness that sets us apart and helps Falls & Co. create an award-winning employee experience or human experience as we like to call it.
Do you have an internship program?
Each quarter Falls & Co. offers internship opportunities for students or recent grads to work alongside our staff members to gain true insights into agency life. Interns are assigned to account teams and do real work to build their skills and their resumes. Additionally, many of our past interns are now full-time employees (and even a Senior Vice President).
Additionally, we offer a “Boot Camp” which is an immersive day in which we invite 20-30 students to catch a glimpse of agency life, learn about Falls & Co. and our capabilities and gain helpful tips and tools as they’re looking for their first internships and jobs.
What types of employee training/development do you offer to help Young Professionals make an impact and grow?
We have many groups within the agency for employees to learn new skills, share ideas or pursue new passions – but they are not necessarily limited by ages. We’re all young at heart!
How do you help your employees get involved in the community (i.e. volunteer program, service days, etc.)?
We have a strong belief in giving back to the community. For decades, we have returned 5% to 10% of our annual profits to not-for-profit organizations. Individually, we offer employees the option to donate to various organizations through pre-tax deductions.
Board membership is encouraged—with board matching through BVU available. Collectively we have served on more than 70 boards covering charitable, civic, diversity-focused, professional, faith-based, and health-related organizations. We have donated more than a half-million dollars in pro-bono work. Our people have become trusted advisors to organizations for the betterment of social, racial, and economic equity.
Finally, the Falls & Co. Community Engagement Committee organizes various team-oriented volunteer service opportunities throughout the year.
