Junior Achievement of Greater Cleveland is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and inspiring young people to succeed in a global economy. Through hands-on programs and real-world experiences, Junior Achievement equips students with essential skills in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career readiness.
Engaging Programs and Events
Junior Achievement of Greater Cleveland offers a variety of programs and events that provide students with valuable learning opportunities:
– JA Inspire: A career exploration fair that connects students with local businesses and professionals from various industries, including STEM, finance, and startups. Students gain insights into different career paths and learn from caring mentors.
– Golden Ticket Raffle: An annual raffle that supports entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and career-readiness programs for students in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, and Lorain counties. The grand prize includes tickets to the Broadway Series at Playhouse Square and Cleveland Browns games.
– Bowl-A-Thon: A fun bowling event that brings together the community to raise funds for Junior Achievement’s educational initiatives.
– Golf Outings: Annual golf tournaments, such as the Golf Invitational at Kirtland Country Club and the Young Professionals Golf Outing, that provide networking opportunities while supporting JA programs.

– Online Auctions: Featuring donated items from community partners and corporate supporters, these auctions allow participants to bid on Cleveland sports tickets, vacation packages, gift cards, and more, with proceeds benefiting JA students.
