    What types of positions do you typically hire young professionals for?

    We typically hire 10-20 young professionals per year for entry-level roles in talent sourcing and recruitment.

    How do you help your employees get involved in the community (i.e. volunteer program, service days, etc.)?

    Members of the Cleveland AMS Team are very involved in community activities. AMS provides 1 paid day per year to employees for volunteer work. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides information about becoming a volunteer, volunteer ideas and other community resources.

    How does your company help to promote diversity and inclusion among its workforce?

    Our Diversity & Inclusion Committee brings together people from a variety of backgrounds who are tasked to address specific areas of diversity. These groups are leading internal and external actions to support social mobility, gender balance, ethnic diversity, embracing disability, cognitive diversity, LGBTQ+ and wellness.
