Engage! Cleveland Welcomes Two New Board Members
Engage! Cleveland has welcomed two new individuals to our Board of Directors! The Engage! Cleveland Board of Directors is led by Board Chair SueAnn Naso, Vice Chairs Caroline Guscott and David Toth, Treasurer Joe DiFranco, and Secretary Jennifer Cohen, and comprised of private and public sector leaders in Greater Cleveland dedicated to advancing the young professional community.
We asked the newest members why they decided to join the EC board – and here’s what they had to say!

Eric Biro founded a leading executive search firm specializing in real estate financial services across the U.S. With an entrepreneurial background, he has a track record of fostering high-growth partnerships and innovative solutions. In 2015, he established Anderson|Biro Staffing, LLC, a full-service staffing firm for office professionals. A John Carroll University graduate with a BSBA in Finance, Eric is active in industry associations like the American Land Title Association and various community organizations. He’s a partner in Biro Holdings, LLC and is recognized for both his business acumen and his past achievements as an All-American track and field athlete. Eric frequently speaks at industry events and is known for his community involvement and Cleveland sports fandom.

Thomas Kerr believes that overcoming challenges is crucial for personal growth and actively seeks them out, benefiting their career and positively influencing his team. As a Partner in BDO’s Assurance Practice, he has extensive experience with audits of various financial entities and is skilled in SEC reporting, risk assessment, and evaluating internal controls. He manages large teams, oversees budgeting, and works closely with senior management and boards of directors. He also contributes to quality control, client acceptance, internal audit reviews, training, mentoring, hiring, and market development within the firm.
