Take in the view overlooking downtown Cleveland on the rooftop of Tremont Athletic Club. This class will challenge you physically and also slow down your mind to release stress. Utilizing awareness of breath from start to finish, it is designed to build strength and enhance flexibility. You will work on balancing, stretching and strengthening the whole body through a sequence of power and restorative poses. Modifications/advancements are given & encouraged to cater to all that come to practice.

Note: In the case of inclement weather, the class will be moved indoors.
