Oswald Companies offers an annual 12-week summer internship program open to college juniors enrolled in a two- or four-year college or university. From meaningful work experiences, career conversations, professional development and networking opportunities, our internship program prepares you for the real world of work in the insurance industry.
Interns will be immersed in many aspects of a brokerage firm including marketing, PR, administration, client services, management and sales. Interns will also develop a clear understanding of all significant components of insurance, risk management, and Oswald Companies’ specific business model.
