    We typically hire young professionals for bookkeeping and accounting postions. 

    What qualities do you look for in a candidate?

    We ask any new hire to come with a willingness to learn and a flexible mindset.

    We offer internships in the spring, summer, and fall. We hire the most interns in the spring for our busy season. Our interns are offered either a tax or audit internship.

    What benefits do you offer to attract Young Professionals?

    We provide one-on-one in-person training. We have a brand new office on the 25th floor that overlooks Cleveland. We offer free food to our employees frequently and have a cold brew (coffee) keg, gym, golf simulator, and ice cream machine. Happier employees are more engaged.
