Do you have an internship program?

Yes. We typically hire 1-2 interns each year to support our Creative Content team. An internship is typically 12 weeks, although may be extended based on needs of the company and the flexibility of our interns’ schedules during the school year.

What types of employee training/development do you offer to help Young Professionals make an impact and grow?

True strongly believes in professional development and supports our team through providing opportunities to join local associations, attend webinars and conferences, etc. Our team shares knowledge with one another through lunch and learns. We have a structured onboarding and orientation to ensure we set up new team members with the resources and training they need to be successful. Multiple team members are involved in this process to share best practices, tools and resources.

How do you help your employees get involved in the community (i.e. volunteer program, service days, etc.)?

We offer unlimited PTO and encourage our team members to utilize this, whether it be for vacation, sick days, personal time or volunteerism. True support our team’s involvement in the community and local professional groups.
