Engage! Cleveland taps into the minds of young professionals through robust survey
CLEVELAND, OH — FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — April 6, 2023 — Engage! Cleveland is an expert when it comes to young professionals in Cleveland and is set to release key survey data at their 4th State of the Young Professional Community presented by Boler College of Business on April 26, 2023. The State of the Young Professional Community survey and report take a comprehensive look at what young professionals in the Greater Cleveland area want and need from our region.
- The survey addresses four key areas of interest:
- The reasons young professionals are choosing Cleveland – to live, work, and get involved civically.
- The attributes that attract young professionals to particular jobs and/or employers.
- The role civic engagement plays in the lives of young professionals.
- The impact COVID-19/coronavirus had on young professionals’ perceptions of Greater Cleveland
“Cleveland is competing globally to attract and retain top talent to the region,” said Ashley Basile Oeken, president of Engage! Cleveland. “This data provides us with a better understanding of where we are heading and what the Millennials and Generation Z want and need.”
The 4th State of the Young Professional Community is a unique opportunity for those working in human resources, talent attraction, recruiting, and employee engagement to attend. The event will be held virtually and includes a 2-hour information session, a recording of the session, and a digital copy of the final report.
