  • Job Board
    • Employer Members have unlimited free postings on our job board, which includes cross-promotion on social media and in our monthly jobs e-blast. Please send the link/position description etc. to info@engagecleveland.org.
  • Partner Happenings Board
    • This page is for Employer Members to share opportunities and offers with our YP audience. Please send items for sharing to info@engagecleveland.org.
  • Opportunities Board
    • Formerly the Civic Engagement Board; nonprofit members have free unlimited postings for civic opportunities (call for volunteers, associate board members, etc.). Please send the link/description to info@engagecleveland.org.
  • Signature Events
    • Employer Members receive early access and discounted tickets for our Signature Events. Please find our full calendar here.
  • Virtual Events
    • We host quarterly virtual events to help young professionals work on their professional development, education, social connections and networking skills. These events are free for Employer Member organizations. Please find our current opportunities via the EC online calendar; any event noted as CLEvent, CLEducation, or CLExperience are included as part of this event series.
  • Discover the CLE Orientation Session
    • These sessions are held three times per year and are free of charge. Covering CLE A to Z, we dive into neighborhoods, suburbs, food & drink, arts & entertainment, public transportation, amenities, outdoor opportunities and more!
  • Consulting Hours
    • Employer Members are entitled to two (2) hours of consulting time with our team each year. You can use that time in a variety of ways tailored to what works best for your organization. Some example of consulting hours usage:
      • Overview of EC and how you can get more involved with our work
      • The importance of professional development
      • Navigating generational differences in the workplace
      • Building ERGs
      • Satisfaction surveys for staff
      • Overview of current volunteer/civic opportunities
  • Member Portal
    • Our password protected online archive contains past video content on professional and personal development topics. To access, click on “Employer Members” at the bottom of the EC homepage. Use password EngageCLE2023! to access.
