They also have a young professional committee:
The M+N Young Professionals committee was established to develop, connect and retain young professionals through opportunities and resources which enhance their professional development, network and career within the firm. The committee comprises four appointed young leaders, while the group includes approximately 30 members who have been with the firm for 10 years or fewer. The leaders coordinate seminars to inspire, support and educate young professionals, as well as opportunities to connect with colleagues, other young professional groups and community service organizations. These activities encourage retention by establishing loyalty and creating opportunities with rewards.
